Awaken Your Inner Healing 4-week class series

Do you easily pick up on other people’s emotions? Do other people stress you out, or you feel like they are in your personal bubble? You might be an empath and this class is for you! You will learn energy healing tools using guided imagery to release thoughts, emotions and beliefs that aren’t your own. You’ll also learn and use tools to protect your personal space so you can still listen to people but not feel exhausted from taking on their energy. You may receive gentle support and guidance with a focus on healing your specific challenges.

In this class:

• Feel grounded and present in your body.
• Learn self healing tools that you can use in the moment.
• Become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
• Reduce inner distractions.
• Protect your body from energies that are depleting you, like your family, partner, co-workers, boss, etc. while maintaining close relationships.
• Replenish your body with your own healing energy.
• Feel more connected to yourself and your inner wisdom.
• Strengthen your intuitive sense.
• Receive support for your specific challenges.
• Connect with a group of like-minded people.

Class #1 Grounding and Gold Suns – Learn how to ground yourself into the earth using visual tools. Feel present in your body. Replenish your body with a visualized gold sun containing your healing energy.

Class #2 Create Boundaries and Earth/Cosmic Energy – Learn tools to create a boundary around your personal bubble or aura space to protect you from picking up other people’s energy. Learn how to run earth and cosmic energy in your body to allow you to release stuck energy and create flow.

Class #3 Your Aura Space and Inner Sanctuary – Your aura space is around your body and contains information about you as a soul being. It also may contain other people’s energy. You will learn how to clear this space and replenish yourself with your healing energy. You will also visualize your inner sanctuary in your third eye, which is your intuitive space behind your forehead and between your ears.

Class #4 Manifest Your Desires – Learn about havingness, which is the permission you give yourself to receive. Then learn a tool for manifesting what you desire in your life whether it’s something tangible like a house or car, or something intangible, like confidence or peace. 

Schedule your own class with your friends or co-workers! $97/person, 4-person minimum. 4-week class, 1.5 hours per class. May be scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening, weekdays or weekends. Classes may take place in-person in your home within 5 miles of Erie, Colorado, up to 15 miles from Erie, Colorado (extra travel fee), or virtually (video call). Private class series ($97/hour) can be completed in four hours or less You choose what tools you would like to learn. Private class includes an intuitive reading and energy healing. Awaken Your Female Creative Energy 4-week class series

Open to all! Harness your female creative energy, and feel present and peaceful in your relationship with yourself, your family and your partner (or future partner!). You’ll also learn about male and female energy (yes, you have both!), how to balance these energies, heal your relationship space and release what is weighing you down – expectations, perfection, responsibility, and control; just to name a few!

This is an experiential class series using guided imagery and written exercises. You may receive gentle support and guidance with a focus on healing your specific challenges.

In this class:

• Feel grounded and present in your body.
• Learn self healing tools.
• Release blocks and experience more ease and clarity.
• Learn about the difference between the male and female energies and how to balance them in your body.
• Heal your relationship space to experience a more fulfilling relationship or attract a new partner.
• Use an easy technique to manifest your soul’s desires.
• Develop trust and compassion for yourself.
• Feel more connected to your inner wisdom.
• Strengthen your intuition.
• Receive support for your specific challenges.
• Connect with a group of like-minded people!

Week #1 Your Female Creative Energy – What is your female creative energy and how can you access it? We’ll play with this energy located in front of your pelvis and learn how to move this energy throughout your entire body using guided imagery! This energy allows you to tap into your creativity, feel relaxed and present.

Week #2 Male & Female Energy/Your Relationship Space – Learn about the characteristics of male and female energy, why we all need both, and how to balance the two in our bodies using guided imagery. You’ll also learn how to clear out judgements, expectations, invalidation, disappointment, and perfection in your relationship space with a partner or partner you would like to attract.

Week #3 Mother/Father Energy Clearing – You will be guided to work on clearing your mother and father’s energy from your relationship space to allow you to feel more present in your current relationship, or to attract a new partner.

Week #4 Your Self Trashing Machine – This is your inner bully. Recognize your ongoing “tapes” playing over and over again; your negative self talk. Use your female creative energy to clean out these “tapes” and reset the energy in your space. Shift into a more loving, patient and nurturing relationship with yourself!
